Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. We're confident you're going to love your Lumo Relief products — but if not, we've got you covered.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hi@lumorelief.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover return shipping only if your item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@lumorelief.com with photo and/or video evidence so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at hi@lumorelief.com.

 

Warranty
All Lumo Relief products are backed by a replacement warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects under normal use. Warranty periods vary by product and are listed on each product page.

To make a warranty claim, email hi@lumorelief.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or video. If the issue is covered, we'll repair or replace your item at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or water damage. Cables are covered for manufacturing faults only and are eligible for one complimentary replacement during the warranty period. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable unless otherwise arranged in writing at the time of purchase.
