Finally tried red light
My physio had mentioned red light therapy to me before for my shoulder injury but I never really looked into it. saw this come up and thought I would finally give it a go. Good for a rotator cuff injury
Had a rotator cuff injury a few years back and its never been quite the same since. Still like to keep active so it tends to let me know when ive overdone it a bit. Been using the this and really noticing the difference 3 weeks in.
The heat is lovely
