Shipping & Delivery

How does shipping and delivery work?

After you place your order, we’ll hand-pick, package, and dispatch it within 24–48 hours. If you’ve ordered multiple products, we may ship them separately to get everything to you faster.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free, no matter how many items you order.

When will I get my order?

You can expect delivery within 7-12 business days. This window starts counting after your order is dispatched—not from when you place it.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking. That will take you straight to the carrier’s tracking page so you can monitor its journey.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

Sometimes things happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, please let us know and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. Also check with the carrier directly using your tracking info.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t already shipped. Just send us your new address and we’ll update it. If it’s already in transit, you may be able to redirect it via the carrier’s tracking link, depending on their policies.

How long do I have to return items?

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.

How do refunds or exchanges work?

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition with tags and packaging, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds typically show up in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
